The hostel had a lot of facilities including a bar and restaurant, massage area and an outdoor pool. You're given a wristband to open your room door and your locker, and to order food etc. which is very handy The beds are clean and comfortable. I didn't like it that they wanted to hold on to my passport until I checked out, most places just take a photo of it. The room was quite small for six people and there was no window so it felt a bit claustrophobic. The built in usb charging point didn't work well, I had to hold the wire at a certain angle to get a charge. It's also at the wrong end of the bed. It got quite noisy downstairs in the evenings.

Super social and modern for a solo travelers, amazing facilities, great location but the staff were some of the best I’ve met in 6 weeks traveling with a big shoutout to Long and Frank who really went over and beyond to help me with everything I needed. I really have nothing to fault about The One

Staff were great, Brekky was great, Beds were great. I was able to leave my bags there after checking out during the day before I went on my overnight bus to ha giang. Shower head was a bit dodgy and flew out of the holder the first time I turned it on. One of the hinges on my locker was also not attached

Comfy beds and the room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Social areas at the hostel were great and the atmosphere was nice. Helpful staff too :) The room was quite hot at night and the corridors echo so it could be quite loud outside the room late at night.

Everything was great! 1. Location. 2. Super comfy beds. 3. Large rooms and bathroom. 4. Sparkling clean. 5. Value for money. 6. Friendly staff. There is not much but a few points below could make it better. 1. More breakfast options. 2. Limited Breakfast quantity. 3. Bar closes too early (11:30 PM)

It was great and social but it wasn't the most social place... If you're not ready to do the first move you might not fit this hostel. Free breakfast is good. It was good, nothing to say. The fact that you can't close the shower or the toilet separately makes it difficult when people all wake up at the same time.

Perfect location on the hearth of Hanoi (old quarter). Nice breakfast, night activities and facilities. Super confort bed.

Very modern and nice accommodation in Hanoi. Comfortable beds - even for a tall person - and the breakfast was also nice. Friendly staff that helps you with everything you need.
