Hotel's location is very good near to many restaurants, market and tourist attractions. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Room was quite big enough for 3 persons and clean with all the amenities. Breakfast buffet was tasty with variety of options to choose.

Location in the heart of the old quarter. Decor is lovely. No bar or restaurant. (The Peridot next door is fabulous and you don’t need to be a resident. Head to the rooftop bar above floor 11). Breakfast was chaotic. Quality was fine but the ran out of everything, knives, forks, rice, juice, tea, the list is endless! Nor enough staff to refill.

Location and service - people there were extremely helpful :). They supported us in organizing a tour to Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh and both were an amazing experience! Breakfast could include more vegetarian options but on the other hand I understand that majority eat meat, especially in Vietnam :)

A very delightful stay, the staff were very attentive and helpful. We managed to book an amazing tour to Halong Bay through the hotel which was brilliantly and rightfully sold to us- it was just as described- a phenomenal experience. Room service was very efficient. The bellboy/porter was so kind and always eager to help us, always took care of our luggage including taking it to our room and to the taxi. Top tier service. Breakfast buffet and restaurant staff were so considerate and helpful ensuring we had everything we needed before we could even ask. Location is great we walked everywhere did not need to order a taxi for any Hanoi sightseeings. The only downside was the room was a bit dark, due to the dark walls and dim lighting- not much sunlight coming through either, think there was one window but it looked into a small area not outside. Could improve their interior and make it brighter.

Lovely clean spacious room on a quiet road, good breakfast, very close to old quarter and markets. The staff very friendly and helpful especially Minh, Vi and David. So good we have rebooked to stay in April. David will help us with our bike trip and trekking to Ha Giang and Sa Pa…

Great location even though it was in middle of the Old Quarter, it was quiet. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The breakfast was amazing-such variety of dishes catering for vegetarians also, fresh and delicious. The rooms were clean, comfortable and updated. I was even upgraded on my second stay to bigger room. Will definitely stay here again. I paid and arranged for airport pick up really early at 3 am and the driver wasn't there, even though I was assured everything was set.

Location was good, walking distance to night market and shops. Helpful and smiley staff. Junior suite was clean and comfortable. There were stairs leading to the lift, so we had to struggle with our luggage by ourselves when the staff was busy. Otherwise, the staff will usually help with the luggage. Our balcony was a little small compared to another junior suite my friend booked.

Location was very good. Breakfast options ok. Staff very helpful. Hot water was an issue for family of 4. Room was very small

The hotel is very well located, in the middle of Hanoi Old Quarter. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The walls are pretty thin. I was unlucky to have some very loud people around one night and I had to intervene to be able to sleep. Breakfast is ok but not exceptional and coffee is so so. The hotel is also more worn off in reality than on the beautiful pictures.

Minh was wonderful, incredibly helpful and thoughtful. Rooms were beautifully furnished and bathrooms were nice Nothing loved it. Oh - could just do with with a dish for the soap to sit on after use in the bathroom sink
