The hotel was very nice, the customer service was professional and all the staff were polite. The pool was a bit smalled than I expected, but still very niece - clean pool, fresh towels provided. "Egg station" at breakfast :) Fresh omelettes/fried eggs made on request. Very nice fresh pho was also a nice addition to otherwise disaapointing breakfast. Very comfortable beds. We arrived late. When making the reservation, I explicitely wrote that I want the exact rooms I booked, no alterations and they replied 'yes, of course, no problem'. On arrival, I was given an 'upgrade', but I didn't have the energy to argue, so I accepted it. My colleague got the exact room I booked for us (the cheaper one). She got a room with a balcony, a separate bath tub and a shower, big bathroom. My 'upgraded' room had a bath, not too clean and in which it was impossible to shower (no separate shower or at least a curtain, no handle to hang the shower head). And no balcony... I did have a kitchenette, but I didn't need it at all. My room had a bigger bed, but was much less functional. At the pool, there are only 2 very heavy and uncomfortable sun beds, difficult to move around. Breakfas had very poor western options and the Vietnamese food was not so great either (compared to food we had in a different hotel in Hanoi).

1. Location just in the middle of the city 2. Soundproof rooms 3. Interior and facilities in the room are nice 4. Client-oriented staff 1. Pool is VERY small, and now there is a construction there, very dirty, noisy, so we didn’t swim at all. No space even to chill there. BUT upon my complaint about that hotel kindly upgraded our room to the better one, so the hotel handles guests disappointment in a proper way! 2. Breakfast is not much of variety, most dishes are Vietnamese. Pastries and dessert were absolutely not fresh, I had a slight stomach pain straight after eating. But coffee options were really nice, up to a European demand.

Room was beautiful. Very comfortable. We were upgraded to a much larger room with kitchenette. Staff were very helpful and kind and provided much information. The kitchenette would benefit from refurbishment - it seemed tired compared to the rest of the room. The bathroom was beautiful but water from shower spilled outside the bathtub causing water everywhere when someone showered - a shower curtain or screen would help greatly. It was quiet at night which we appreciated.

Great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff were great and allowed us a late check in when requested. Rooms were a bit small and limited space to put our luggage

The staff were beyond excellent. Nathan, in particular was so attentive. He helped book our tours and gave great advice on HCMC - so impressed! The facilities were lovely, the rooftop pool gave a really nice view. Tiny TINY fault was that we could hear the activity on the street at night, which was easily fixed by my earplugs :)

It’s in the perfect location of Saigon. Everything is nearby. Our host Nathan is best man. He is very helpful. He even upgrade our room to premium suite. Breakfast is also very good.

The location was awesome,we were able to walk everywhere we needed to.It has a cafe/restaurant and that was ideal.The property is very inviting and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. The only little negative was they didn’t have drawers in the room,otherwise perfect

Restaurant and food were great, at good prices. The rooftop pool was awesome. Great location for the market's Staff were very friendly and helpful. Mattress was very hard. A few fixtures and fittings were loose, but not a major problem, lol.

The receptionist was wonderful and very welcoming and helpful. Her name was Ngan and couldn't have been more helpful. Thank you Ngan Breakfast was a little lack luster and staff kept disappearing.
