We enjoyed our stay here. The room was big, there were three chairs and two tables. The location was right in the city center. We could walk to the main attractions and to the bus stop (15 min). There are many restaurants close by. The owners are a family and they live on the ground floor. They were very kind, friendly and helpful. The house is in a small lane. It's local, but not scary there. There is a sign with the name of the accommodation. The door is usually closed. We got a key for the front door as well, but when you check in be prepared to knock. There is a bar very close to the house so we heard some music in the evening, but it didn't bother us too much. The room was in the third floor, so be prepared.

Location was fantastic the ben thanh markets were about 100m from this place and the value good. People were pleasant and walking distance to a fair few places. Location was awsome. We were in room 8 which was the top, heaps of stairs. If you are after 5 star this may not be for you. But we liked it, you get what you pay for.

The location is simply unbeatable, in my opinion. It's in an alley which may intimidate some, but I loved it! Lam is a very kind and helpful host. The rooms have everything you need, even a desk to do some writing. It's a peaceful and private enironment. The pressure of the shower in room 6.
