It is so clean and spacious with large rooms along the river only an easy 10 minute walk to the night market and old town The service was outstanding never been to a more pleasant feeling hotel everyone was there to help make your stay special Lastly the breakfast are the best l have ever had in Vietnam and better than most in Europe or Australia Nothing

We spent 8 very enjoyable days at this fabulous hotel . Our room had a view of the river which was very beautiful and interesting , from the small fishing boats to the brightly-lit tourist boats at night . We never tired of watching the activity. Our room was well-equipped and very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed an excellent breakfast , Happy Hour on the terrace and dinner on the boat . The best aspect of this hotel is the wonderful staff who all work so hard to ensure guests have a great holiday . From Jenny , the outstanding General Manager , the very caring reception and dining room staff to housekeeping , all deserve our thanks and praise . It would be unfair to single out one or two . We hope to stay again and this hotel would be our first choice . Nothing to dislike

All the staff were warm and friendly and made our stay a wonderful experience. This lovely boutique hotel, which is larger inside than it appears from the narrow entrance, provides a cosy atmosphere. The well appointed connecting rooms suited our family of four. An excellent breakfast buffet was provided, with pleasant outdoor seating by the riverside. The complimentary foot massage in the soothing spa environment was a thoughtful inclusion, and the rooftop pool is very clean and pleasant. The cooking class in the hotel’s floating restaurant was a lovely, relaxed finish to our stay. Nothing!

Little Riverside Hoi An is located just outside the old town - approx 15 mins walk away. This is great because it was quieter, and yet not too far away from everything. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities was great - you have access to a basic gym (we used), a spa (we used), and a pool (we didnt use). Breakfast spread was awesome, and the restaurant has seats outdoors next to the river, and indoors facing the river which makes it very scenic and tranquil whilst having breakfast. The hotel spa’s was also great - my wife and I used it 3/3 days of our stay there after having a very positive experience on day 1. The hotel also has a good network of merchants, and they provide vouchers on checkin. I personally used a 10% voucher they provided with Truong Tailor, which again I had a very positive experience after visiting them on the hotel’s recommendation. Nothing I can think of - it works for me.
