The owner and other staff went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. Our apartment was spacious and clean with excellent amenities. It was also very helpful that the property has bikes free for guests to use which makes the local town very accessible. The rooftop pool albeit small was a lovely area to relax. We also arrived early before check in - the owner and his staff (although no rooms were available) did all they could to make us comfortable and get us into our room as soon as possible. They are brilliant communicators and you can tell they genuinely care about their guests. The apartment had lots of personal touches such as our names written on a welcome sign and a nice seating area out the front of it to relax. The air conditioning is also very powerful and helps a lot during the warm months! Nothing

Quiet but central location about 10 mins walk from old town. Comfortable beds. Washing machine in apartment was useful. Helpful reception staff.

The apartment is in a lovely quiet area. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Thanks to Lee👍 The apartment is well equipped.We enjoyed our stay. Small pool on the roof and free bikes which we enjoyed using.

Great location-- just outside of the hustle and bustle of the touristy center. Bikes were available for us anytime. The staff was incredibly kind, warm, and helpful-- ESPECIALLY Le! The two-bedroom apartment was perfect! Each room (including the living room) had its own air conditioning unit. There was a fridge and a microwave which were great for reheating leftovers because we ate everything in Hoi An! Would stay here again. N/A

Great location for Hoi An and very easy to get to the airport in Da Nang. Staff are wonderful and very helpful.

The room was exactly as described in the pictures. The room was cosy but houses all facilities neatly. The location was a 15 minute walk to the old town centre or a short Grab ride. The street is fairly quiet and though the room was on the ground floor, noise did not filter in.

Perfect location, Lee and the other staff were lovely. Facilities are perfect for what we needed, as we are backpacking we could catch up on a wash with the washer and dryer. We were provided with everything you could possibly need. Would highly recommend especially for the price. Lee even let us extend for one night for a better price as we loved it that much! Plus they had a very cute, friendly dog who made the experience even better :)

beautiful 2 bed apartment in the perfect location. still close to walk to old town but far enough away from the noise. The bed was so comfortable too! We also had a room diffuser with lemongrass oil in the apartment which was a lovely touch and kept the bugs away. Felt like a home away from home and would definitely return. n/a
