good location, close to attractions. we got a room facing the street, they upgraded us. The breakfast is also good, although Asian dishes predominate, but everyone will find something for themselves. The room is comfortable and clean, the bed is comfy. The staff is extremely kind throughout the hotel. Especially Pamela and Emily at the front desk. Emily helped us a lot. My wife got sick and everything was closed because of the Lunar New Year, but Emily kept calling until one of the hospitals accepted us. He stayed there even after working hours and helped me solve my problem with the airline. Thanks again ! We will definitely return to this hotel. Everything was fine.

Nice and comfy bed, liked the bathtub and decent breakfast. Staff was helpful and friendly. Would recommend and will visit again. Everything was satisfactory, but it was also not outstanding. Good place to stay.

Comfortable bed, walking distance to many restaurants and sites. The rooms and facilities are a bit old and dated, but function perfectly fine!

Our first stop in Vietnam, so arriving way before check-in time after a long flight we were so happy that Pamela arranged the room for us so we could drop our bags and ourselves in the room straight away! Good air-conditioning in the room and helpful staff. The bathroom was quite warm (end of Dec), and not too much vegetarian choice at breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay at Aristo Hotel. The spa is nice, the location is very close to all attractions and the city center. Special thanks to Pamela at the reception, who helped us a lot with booking a bus ticket to Da Lat.

I didn't get to experience breakfast because I woke up on time. Everyone is nice and they are very helpful. Someone called Pamlea (receptionist) is very nice to pay my taxi. plus you can order food at the hotel if you don't want to go into town. It is very centrally located, you can walk to various places from the hotel. The rooms are not soundproof.

The location is very good, very close to the centre and there are also interesting sights and eateries in the area around the hotel. Room was clean every day and the breakfast was complete with many options. The staff are all polite and willing to answer any question. The bathroom shower seems a bit old and cheap.
