Sherwood Residence is very conveniently located in the heart of Saigon. It offers clean and comfortable accommodation for your needs. Staff are attentive and polite. Facilities are always available and rooms are clean, spacious and new. That we had to leave this beautiful place!

This is our favourite place every time we visit Saigon, it's close to the city and has all the facilities that we enjoy. We have stayed here on numerous occasions and we will continue to do so in the future. We stayed at 11I and loved it. It was spacious and accommodated our family of 5 comfortably. Sherwood Residence is very clean and spacious, please keep it up! We would like to have more soup bowls in the kitchen for us to use please!

The rooms were super spacious with fantastic air-conditioning. We really enjoyed the pool and games room and the free shuttle bus but above all we loved the staff. From the cleaning staff through to the reception staff and security, they were all extremely friendly and professional. The price of breakfast and poolside snacks were a little bit too high compared to everywhere else.

The facilities and location were excellent. Very helpful staff at all locations of the property. At checkout, we were asked to pay for damage to a microwave plate. As we never took the microwave tray out of the microwave at all, we did not understand how its breakage was attributed to us. If this was a fault of the cleaners then the guest should not have to pay for it. That was the only sour part of the stay for us.

Overall the hotel was great and in a good location. The hotel is within walking distance of tourist attractions and District 1....if you don't mind walking and getting out to explore on foot. Comfortable and clean accommodation. Our room was spacious enough for 5 and thankful for air conditioning in the bedrooms. The family really enjoyed the hotel facilities when it was too hot to be out. Staff were always friendly and willing to help. Would stay here again! There wasn't anything about the hotel that our family didn't like.

Nice big apartment for our family. Great little coffee stand and breakfast place in the street behind as well as a supermarket and convenience store. Close to Independence Palace and War Remnants Museum. Nice pool A bit out of centre

The pool was amazing, so nice to come back to the hotel after a day out and have a refreshing swim. Our teenage boys loved the pool table and ping pong table. The 3 bedroom apartment was very spacious and had 2 bathrooms. It had a washer and dryer in a separate room which was really helpful. There was a balcony you could stand on with a view out to the city. There was a big fridge and cooking facilities in the separate kitchen. It was very clean. The beds were very firm, but I got used to that quickly. Good security. Easy to get a grab bike/car into to centre. Tours are happy to pick you up from here without extra charges. The location was a little further away from the centre than we would have liked, but it was only a 10min stroll to the Ben Nghe Street Food market which became a favourite for us. The breakfast was ok but had to pay extra.

During our stay, we enjoyed a variety of facilities that the hotel offered. This included the separate saunas and steam rooms for both men and women, the large pool, the gym which featured 3 treadmills, several machines as well as free weights. Also, the game rooms upstairs that included snooker, ping pong, and table soccer. The tiles around the pool area and the change room can get slippery and dangerous when wet.

great location friendly and helpful staff pool in shade often big rooms washing machine and dryer! it was great, not modern but fabulous value for money note there is a front and back entrance! we didn’t realise and one entrance def leads to more restaurants and supermarkets etc
