Great location with plenty restaurants, pubs and bus operators around. Restaurant at the button is quite good anyway. It's reasonable clean and comfy for that price range. Had the budget room without windows, meaning mold is unavoidable. Once the air-conditioning was turned off the smell was obvious.

Staff was very helpful, what ever we needed she was very helpful. We arrived after 11pm and she was still up there to greet us. Room size was perfect for family of 5 Stairs!!! Way to many stairs to bring up all our luggages.

Everything about our stay at the hotel was amazing, friendly and helpfull staff, very clean room and toilette. I wouldnt recommed to book the bus to Siem Reap, the bus has no toilet for a trip of more than 6 hours and our driver was absolutelly irresponsable, he drove really dangerously. It was a terrifying experience.

Room was great. And Staff upgrade my room. Clean rooms and big beds. Big TV. Aircon good. there was a small good restaurant in the lobby of the hotel where you can get tasty food, the price was maybe not the cheapest but not expensive either. The hotel didn't have an elevator, but it didn't matter because I only had a small suitcase.

Guesthouse wasn't accessible by car since it was located in an alleyway but the street was well-litted and felt safe. It wasn't noisy either although it was situated along a street with other restaurants/homestays. We were upgraded to a family room upon arrival by chance and loved that the room was spacious and clean. The room was facing another building in the back with a fire escape - so we kept the curtains closed most of the time for privacy purposes (although we didn't see anyone throughout the stay). The guesthouse also doesn't have a lift, and goes up quite a few floors - so if you have heavy luggage, the stairs would be something to be mindful about. There was low water pressure for hot water in the shower but you'd still get by.

Friendly staff. Home Stay. In a little side street but easy to find. The room was clean and although without a window, the wallpaper gave a cozy feeling and as the room is inward, it was very quiet. Staircase to the room. Close to the city and other attractions Really good value for money. Accepting card. Bed was a bit hard, but this seems usual in South East Asia

Location is awesome. Walking distance to benh tanh market, the walking street and there are many shops, cafe, restaurant and convenient store surround this hotel. The hotel is located in small walking alley, it's only 20 steps from main street. If you use grabcar/taxi, just use 'Hello Saigon' restaurant as the destination, the driver will know where to drop you. The restaurant is under the Beauty House hotel. My room was upgraded to big room, which I really appreciate. Room and bathroom are surprisingly clean. Check-in and check-out very easy and fast. Host is very responsive in replying messages. The air conditioner is quite noisy in the midnight and may also need cleaning. Before midnight you can hear a little bit of sound from cafes outside, but it didn't bother me. Maybe those early-sleeper should consider this. I stayed for one night only, so nothing was a big problem for me.
