We were very happy with our stay in this hotel. Staff was very welcoming and helpful, the location is excellent, the room was clean and comfortable. We were there during the Lunar New Year and the owners put up a table with free sweets and drinks for the guests which was so nice of them! The room wasn't renovated recently and would probably need a bit of refreshment but we didn't mind.

The hotel is small hotel. It is good located just in front of the central park and in a narrow calm street. Plenty of cafes and restaurants. Good internet

Location is in a side street where it's too narrow for car traffic, making it quieter than normal. But this is a very busy part of HCMC, so expect a little noise of course. The staff were excellent, especially the reception people. I'm used to a softer bed, but I know this is quite normal in Vietnam.

Excellent location, very nice spot easy walking distance to lovely restaurants and a short walk to the Ben Trenh Market. Very nice room, comfy, nice hot water, excellent air conditioning. Very comfy clean beds. Would definitely stay there again! Not sure!!

it is near everything. like they are very near to night markets, they are also near to various malls and tourist spots, and also to different convenience stores. the road going to the hotel is very narrow and grab car cannot enter to that road/ street.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Very centrally situated close to a main road & a 5 to 10 minute walk from Ben Thanh Market and the Bui Vien so-called 'walking street' (if you ignore the odd motor bike)or bar and nightclub circus, the hotel sits in a narrow alley jam packed with a host of great little restaurants and bars. The staff of the family-run hotel are only to eager to assist in any way they can. It is very reasonably priced and it would be hard to beat the location if you want to close to the action of Saigon's nightlife. There are no meals available at the hotel but the hotel is also sandwiched amongst a wealth of choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

This hotel is located in the middle of a small and very cozy walking street. A lot of restaurants and pubs are right next to the hotel. 7eleven supermarket, coffee shop, bus stop is 1min from the hotel. The hotel is equipped with an elevator. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. On the 3rd floor there wasnt hot water but it was not that cold. Also the airconditioning system was not working properly. As the hotel is located in the middle of a walking street it is a bit noisy but not that bad.

Location is at the centre of city. Approach is from a small alley but hotel facilities are sufficient. We had 2 rooms and out of them with balcony facing towards a small galli was excellent. Hot water is not sufficiently hot.
