Very nice place to stay, very close to city centre. The room was big and clean. The bed was very comfy. At the reception, the ladies are very nice and helpful, thank you very much! Also the doorman was very nice, smiling, and very helpful too! I will come back here! It's a bit noisy, even with the windows closed, because we can hear the traffic. However, I think the traffic is so dense, that from any hotels, you can hear it too.

- I got a free upgrade to a bigger room which was very pleasant - Room had a hairdryer, mini fridge and AC which was really nice - Nice bathroom with free supplies and showergel/shampoo - Nice staff - Next to one of the busiest streets so there will be some noice, but it’s not that disturbing at night at all - There were some ants in my bathroom, which was a bit odd considering I was on the 9th floor

Bed and pillows are soft and comfortable. A lot of space. Good shower with hot water and pressure. Excellent cleaning service. Quiet room on the backside of the hotel. The bellboy at the front door is very diligent at his duties. And Thú at the reception is just awesome ! Well... my first night was terrible. I arrived late, around midnight, and they allowed me a room giving on the street. Very, very noisy all night long, I didn't sleep at all. On the next morning, I asked the young lady (THÚ) at the reception if it was possible to move me on the hotel backside for the next 3 nights. She managed it very well and I moved to my new room early in the afternoon. Great! Thanks a lot to Thú , very helpful, and always smiling face. She made a big difference for me. There was no appropriate electrical outlet to connect the water kettle ( 3 prongs VS 2 prongs outlet only).

Friendly staff, nice big room, excellent location. Walkable to lots of main tourist sites but it was quiet at night. We were travelling with a baby and were a little concerned about noise but it was perfect. They also put us in a room down the hallway from others which was appreciated. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Would stay there again Nothing
