Staffs are super friendly and supportive with good English. Breakfast has not many options but still good enough for a morning. Location is perfect as you can go anywhere with a short distance. Very good valeu with a cheap price. (They also provide free laundry everyday, 10/10)

Gorgeous new property. Lovely rooms, great breakfast and friendly staff. Soundproofing is very poor. After our first night we asked to move as our room was underneath the kitchen and we could hear the food prep from 5.30am. Staff were helpful in moving us to another room with an upgrade

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Did the little extra things without being asked. Nice soft bed. Very large room. Location was great within easy walking distance to restaurants, walking street, the river etc. Breakfast was great, washing and other services quick . Nice balcony where we could sit, have a drink and a chat and watch everything going on in the street Nothing. It was all great.

Nice breakfast, calm room in the vibrant city as the rooms are located in a backyard. Still in walking distance to a lot of sights. Comfortable beds. Nothing.

If you are looking for soft beds in Vietnam, this is your location!:D My room was clean and had everything I needed. Top location. Very close to the local party street, if that's your thing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn't try the internet, so I can't speak on that. Place has a lift, so no need to worry about carrying luggage up crazy stairs. Water pressure of the shower is weak and water not very warm. You do get locked in at night. Which is for security, I get it, but is a bit inconvenient. But you can send them a message per WhatsApp to let you in/out. Place is a bit noisy in the morning, with roosters and people shouting, but it didn't bother my sleep, I use ear plugs. I didn't notice too much traffic noise.

Right in the city center close to bars and restaurants shops. Yet the room was quiet. We didn't have a window with a real day light or rather obstructed, but I guess we booked that type of a room

Spacious room. Very comfortable bed. Kind and friendly Staff. Great location for us who like to get out, about and exploring! Can’t speak for breakfast as it wasn’t included in our booking. We were on the top floor with no lift which was fine for us but just wanted to share for others that might not be. Staff very kindly brought our bags up for us.
