The apartment is in a great location in district 4, very easy access to district 1 and the city centre but away from it being too busy. The bottom of the apartment has convenient stores and inside there's access to a simple gym and nice pool. I would just recommend it as some where to stay if you're just looking for a place to sleep and rest. The room has basic amenities and spacious for 2. Overall for what you pay for it was a fair price.

The host was very accommodating. Check-in was smooth. The stay was very comfortable and the Wi-fi was good. The pool and gym in the building were an added plus. The location was convenient along with the supermarket downstairs.

Worth every penny I spent for this stay! Furnitures are new, the unit is absolutely spotless, plus the warm white design made us feel like home. Really recommended

Great swimming pool and gym facilities. View from room was amazing, over the big city! Good location, could walk to central tourist sights. Good air con, wifi and Netflix on TV. 7-11 downstairs if you need anything. It could have done with a few more things for the flat - hand towels, bath mat, bigger towels etc.

Room was very clean and felt like new. Room was on 19rd floor with great views. The person managing the room, although online, was very helpful and quick to respond to messages. Door (security) staff were also good and quick to help with the doors, bags, etc.

Location was the main reason. Nice quiet place in night time, It was very easy to arrange transportation (I used Crab app)to anywhere I was going, (like Bui Vien is in 5 min drive by crabb, cost is 1-2 dollars debends using motorcycle or car).Also there was 7/eleven open 24/7, so you could get beverages easily. For food, just ordered from Crab app if your not in the mood for going outside, but there was many different food places price range 1-3 dollars just around the corner (like grilled pork with rice/Com Tam=1$).Whole street of snale/seafood restaurants are just about 300m away). Small gym but clean! And of course there is 24/7 laundry service, that I used by texting in watchapp.
