great location with very helpful staff. we very much liked the comfy bed and the location of the property. Lots of great food and attractions to visit near by. I would recommend it to anyone staying a night.

The accommodation is in a very good location to discover Ho-Chi-Minh-City. It offers a big variety of local food for breakfast. The room was small but tidy and the bed comfortable. We can recommend the hotel for a stay in Ho-Chi-Minh-City.

I really liked the garden they have out back. Especially given the inner city location, the well curated and maintained garden was lovely place to be. Complete with squirrel one morning which was very exciting. The staff were friendly, one man in particular was very chatty, happy and friendly. A few things were a bit average but nothing worth complaining about here in writing, I’ve found this to be the case with all middle rung accommodations in Vietnam. This was similar. The school next door can be heard all day, but has a good happy energy.

Staff was very helpful, always friendly at all hours. Service came quickly Breakfast selection was quite poor, but location was good enough to make up for it. Plenty of good eateries nearby

good location, very good price, safety box inside my second room. the door cannot be locked and then the boy changed my room.

Convenient location. Easy access to taxi, tour agents , food , pharmacy . Basically ALL close by. Budgeted Coorporative shop just behind. Staff very poor in English. Breakfast is same items repeated Menu. Staff only help any item within their knowledge. Anything new, they simply say NO IDEA 😂

Top location, the lift is very useful, good breakfast... In all, it's a very good price for the value. Shame that the surroundings are very noisy. Noise

I enjoyed a lot staying in this amazing hotel. I appreciated the friendliness and attentiveness of staff. My room was very clean and cozy. Bathroom , my bed and the view from my window was good. Breakfast with garden view was nice. The location of the hotel is great.You can go easily to malls , main market and enjoy Bui Vien street. As it was my first time in Hochimin city my stay was memorable. I reommend this hotel for travellers who wants firstbest location, clean rooms and best service. I loved everything.
