The staff are very helpful & friendly. The location is perfect as it’s away from the hustle and bustle but still a walking distance from the centre. The hotel itself is also modern.

It had a very light and warm aura. The staff and the other guests were friendly. Cindy welcomed me to the hotel and shared some local restaurant recommendations with me as soon as I arrived. I pretty much spoke to her everyday while I was there, which made travelling solo easier. There aren’t that many faults with the hotel. It’s set right next to all the attractions but with some breathing room to be away from the noise. I would have the smoking area be a little bit further from the entrance.

Was really clean and felt very safe (which was important to me as I was travelling alone). All the staff were so lovely and gave helpful tips of things to do around hoi an. I loved the free bikes that you could rent, it made getting everywhere really easy and was a fun way to explore.

Very good location, just five minutes walk to the riverside to keep away the noise. Staff at the reception Hana and Daisy are very helpful to help me book the ticket to another city. Good selection of breakfast and the swimming pool has a wonderful view for relaxing. Room decorations are lovely. Only the toilet paper located bad, falls often

Superb from start to finish - the staff have been trained immaculately and are kind and helpful. The breakfast is excellent and there are different types of food to cater for everybody’s needs. The rooms are excellent and very comfortable too. The hotel is located only a 5 minute walk from the main town area but is still quiet. There is also a lovely pool on the roof which gets the sun all day. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Hoian for a few days and I would definitely return again.

The hotel is great, the staff is superb! We were very well welcomed by Cindy who showed us around and gave us some tips for sightseeing and restaurants. The decor is nice and the rooms spacious. Breakfast is delicious. Bed could be more comfortable. Location is good but the surroundings outside isn’t pretty.

This hotel really stands out for the pride that the staff taking in making sure that you have the best possible stay. You get the feeling that they really care. Lovely rooms, great location (10 mins stroll to the old town), excellent breakfast. I would happily stay here again! Nothing. The stay was perfect.
