We had a really nice time at this hotel. Comfy bed, tasty breakfast, very helpful staff, clean rooms and good location. The ventilation in the bathroom was not working properly, but as the room was very big and the air conditioning was working properly, it was not a problem for us.

Great location. Walking distance to the main areas of Hoi An. The staff were all very helpful and happy to offer recommendations. Very accommodating when I decided to stay an extra night. They organised a cooking class for my friends and I. And they also organised airport transfer, makes the commute much smoother.

I like everything about my stay there. The hotel is pretty beautiful and comfortable, everyone from reception to housekeeping was fantastic, kind and very accommodating. They organised my airport pick-up as well as my day trips. Duong and her team were fantastic to me, and I will certainly be back with a group of friends to enjoy the beautiful Hoi An. 😍 N/A

Love the staff, Duong was awesome! She gave great recommendations for tailors and also food spots. I also forgot breakfast was included so that was also great. The kids enjoyed the pool after we would get back from excursions. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Theres aircon in the rooms. We enjoyed our stay and we love Hoi An. There's no elevator, so being on their top floor/3rd floor it means taking your luggage up the stairs. They do help and thats great but thats something to note if you have suitcases. Our group had 2 connecting rooms. Our room didn't have a shower, we just had a bath with a hose attached but luckily the connecting room had a proper shower so we all used that. Overall though, this place is great value for what you pay! So it's more something to note to help others with their booking than a complaint.

The bathtub on the first floor is amazing, the view is really pretty and relaxing despite being in the heart of Hoi An, the breakfast was good, the people amazing (especially the owner) and super keen to help, genuinely nice. The room are big and clean, equipped with everything you might need and there is always someone at the front door available. /

A very nice place in Hoi An. A good location away from the touristy streets, but still close. The staff is very sweet and welcoming. They helped us with some amazing recommendations for restaurants, sightseeing and more. Also the breakfast here is really great - with a lot of fresh fruits every day. Thank you for a great stay! The pool looked bigger on the photos. However that seems to be normal for hotels in this price range.
