Nice, almost spotless, just needed to change the sheets once. The hot water doesn't last more than 2 minutes..

Most everything was good. The view, the room, two beds, and a heater inside with the chilly weather. Also it is centrally located right in front of the lake. A few stray dogs around but they weren't a problem. The owners dog is fine once you meet him.

The electric blankets , was just like been at home 😍 Just noise on the roof thru the night like a branch was hitting the roof with the rain so made it a little nosey

Like I was hoping to be, you’ve got everything you need :) warm blanket is like heaven after all day if trekking :) heating works great ! Water, tv ! Ang great wi-fi signal ! Definitely will come back! -

Most everything was good. a great value. Nice view. AC and heater. Nice bedding. A nice balcony. Spacious. Large dog living here but once you meet him he's harmless, likes to run around and play.

the breakfast was ok, nothing special. i liked that there was an electric blanket and zircon that blew warm air out as it was quite chilly at night in the room. shower didn't stay hot for more than a couple of minutes despite leaving the heater switch on permanently.

It's location just by the lake makes it convenient, though there are many steps going up the front-office. Loved the big windows. Free breakfast was decent too. The (only) English-speaking young lady staff was very helpful. All but 1 staff could speak English. We did not like the fact that their big dog and cats were free to roam around the dining area ... it's unhygienic.

The location was right at the center of the town. Walking distance to shops, restos and the lake. The hotel is pretty decent, good room and bed sizes, the beds have heating pads! Staff are very friendly and helpful with good english which is a rare find in sapa. The first night, the beds were quite itchy though.

Very good place to stay in SaPa. Clean, good breakfasts and very kind people work here. I recommend this place.
