Great view of the town from our balcony. Breakfast was smorgasbord Vietnam style but food was yummy. Even though reception was up a steep road, you took the lift to bottom floor and there were stairs that led to the town below. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A big shout out to Vang who made our stay welcoming. We ate here a few nights with a cocktail and both were tasty. The shower over the bath in our room as it was very unstable when taking a shower.

Good location, friendly customer service, clean rooms. Breakfast could vary a little bit more (same all days) and please stop letting people smoke in the restaurant. I totally hated it. We couldn't eat in peace with that smell

Easy to walk from the hotel to Sapa city. Good view from the hotel which can see both mountain and the center of the city. Stuff is friendly and helpful to follow up the van for travelling to Hanoi which was delay from the departure time. Lots of local foods for the breakfast.

very clean property, comfortable with great breakfast. the staff were there to help with booking tours, allowing me to leave baggage and offered to allow me to use the showers after checking out due to a very dirty hike. nothing!

Clean room, nicely furnished, decent bathroom. Hotel dining room was very nice with a great view. Good breakfast. TV reception a bit fuzzy, room was quite small but okay for a night or two, room was not very soundproof! We were woken up by multiple noisy neighbours shouting in the hallway on our floor at 5am.
