Viet on Reception went over and beyond assisting us with things to do and organising especially the leisurely track through the Hmong tribe village onto the Red Dzao tribe village for the private herbal bath…nothing negative to say apart from we should have spent more time there Nothing

Beautifully presented and the staff were very eager to please. They made our experience easy by arranging taxis when required and allowed us to use bathroom & showers after we had checked out. A little disappointed that the restaurant only opened for breakfast. Other than that, there was nothing that can be faulted.

Hotel is located in a good position in sapa. We had a balcony room which should have had a Mountain View but sadly because we visited in January there was so much mist we never saw the mountains during our 2night stay!! Also the cable car was closed . We were so grateful for the great facilities provided by David the owner. Complimentary fruit in the room a fabulous breakfast. Lots of ginger tea. A Warm clean room and great staff . Sadly David couldn’t control the weather ! There was nothing great place

Beautiful property in a central location, it’s perfect for walking everywhere and exploring Sa Pa and surrounding villages. It’s very clean and had very comfortable beds. Great shower pressure and nice soft towels and toiletries provided as well, just like a 5 star hotel. The staff are very helpful, very kind and always greet you with a smile. They even moved one of our rooms on the 2nd night so we could be on the same floor as the kids. Good breakfast options and you can also order from a menu. The kids loved the pancakes and omelettes. We will definitely stay here again. Nothing, it’s a beautiful property with great views to the valley and the town. We absolutely loved our stay.

Well kept. Convenient location. Booked mountain facing view rooms so did get to see the ranges but it’s in the town centre so will still see lots of rooftop of nearby buildings. There’s a club a street below blasting music till after 11pm.
