The hotel is situated in such a place that is convenient for the Muslim travelers, so many halal food options nearby. And also Fraiser suites hospitality is exceptional. Nothing comes to mind

Location in Westlakes was easy and we also liked the convenience of the shopping centre. Both pools were awesome, although downstairs was a little cold.

Nice room, it was clean, breakfast was very good. The hotel is located on a busy road but is close to a nice quiet neighborhood with lots of restaurants and bars. Nice pools. Price quality is ok but it’s not so cheap for local standards. The rooftop pool was often closed.

The service staff (Lucy) who received us was very kind and communicated with us in fluent Chinese/English. Because of Lucy‘s service, we specially canceled hotels in other places on 10/14-15 and stayed at Fraser suites hanoi again on 10/14-15.
