Location in the old quater is great. We walked easily to the Dong Xuan Market and there were plenty of cafes, restaurants, and mini marts nearby. Also a short distance to the West Lake and night markets. Beds were comfortable and having a cafe and restaurant in the building is great. Hotel needs a bit of a deep clean; carpets were stained in the rooms and hallways. That being said, it did not feel dirty as such. Could use a bit of a refresh.

Amazing suite. Great location with lovely rooftop pool in sister hotel. Staff very helpful and booked our Halong Bay trip at a good price. Quick Grab trip from old quarter.

We do appreciate that we were upgraded to skysuite. Also, we love the bathtub Overall, we love our stay in Hanoi Le Jardin Hotel & Spa and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to our loved ones. Our room was directly below the restaurant at lvl 12. It can be quite noisy to hear the dragging of chairs during dinner time.

Was given a room in their sister hotel, Le Jardin Haute Coulture a day before our check-in as they did not have a room in this hotel. The sister hotel is just stone throw to this hotel. Room was a suite - so was happy with the replacement. Overall, Le Jardin is a great property (we went to Khue restaurant at roof top of Le Jardin Hotel & Spa for one of our dinners) - clean and comfortable like a 5-star hotel. Le Jardine Haute Coulture's furniture in the room is a bit dated - dark wooden furniture and flooring.

Great location! You'll have to walk a bit to reach the city center, but right next to the hotel, you'll discover numerous fantastic local spots. The hotel itself is also good, with spacious exterior rooms and friendly staff. Especially was a guy at the reception who helped us book a cruise for the next morning. He found the best option available and provided recommendations. Didn't find any negative

The hotel is lovely and located at at a great spot. Staff was vey helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great, pancakes were specially good. We stayed at the presidential suite, the king size bed was the best bed we slept in during our 20 days in Vietnam, pillows were so comfy. Shower was perfect and spacious, toilet was that japanese type toilet with warm seat. Room was perfectly heated when we walked in after a cold rainy day outside. Thank you for a great time. The only thing is that there was no hangers around the bathroom, so we had to leave the towels on the chair which was very awkward. I mean with the size of the shower you could fit wall hooks inside it and they wouldn't get wet. Also the vanity desk had no mirror, which completely defeats the purpose of a vanity desk, it was just a desk in the bathroom, and since the rest of the bathroom's lighting were all spot lights on the ceiling it was very hard to see what I was doing with my makeup. That was it really, these are super easy to fix and would make our next visit perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay, thank you very much! 😊 The room was large and clean, the bedding super confortable and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We also went to the restaurant and got a massage from the spa and both services were great. We'll definitely keep the address in mind if we come back to Hanoi! There is a bit of noise in the room due to the street-side window (however I slept fine with earplugs). If you're thinking about using the laundry service, be aware that it's quite expensive. There was no air dryer in the bathroom as well.
