The room was good, and located near the lake, with many cafes around to choose from The weather was cold and had to turn on the AC to warm up the room, no shower curtain so it can get wet in the bathroom

Nice apartment with nice rooms and comfortable beds. Nothing too special, but ok value for money. Location isn't the best one if you want to explore 'center' of Hanoi.

I really appreciated the extra facilities such as the rice cooker / complimentary toothbrush/razor etc. the view was utterly beautiful, I had a view of the gorgeous lit up buildings and it just made me so happy returning home every day. I honestly don’t think I could change anything about the stay, it was amazing and great value. I think salt / pepper or complimentary tea would have been fantastic if I’m really trying

The room was very big. Location was good, a bit out from Hanoi Old Town etc but still plenty to do. Very quiet area. Not much of a view, the balcony is a bit redundant.

The room is large, well equipped, neighborhood was also very quiet. We stayed during winter so it was cold outside and very warm and cozy indoor. Room is always clean when we came back. Located in a very hidden alley inside another alley - quite hard to find, took me (a Vietnamese with a motorbike) half an hour to find the way. Staff could have been more friendly.

It was very modern and clean, and the staff was very helpful. Location seems to be tricky at first, but the city central is only 15 minutes away by car, there are shops nearby and it’s a quite area. Very highly recommended!

Very peacfull , clean apartment with all the basic need it you need for a short trip . Location taxi cant get there as is very local area with corredors on this that make the taxi cant access .
