I stayed for 5 nights, so I needed a nice comfortable place. My room was really nice, modern and functional, with a balcony and a window. The washbasin tap is splashing water everywhere. The reception is also a cafe, and the stuff at the reception run the cafe as well. It felt several times that they were really bothered helping you out, they were always lost and slow, and English was very poor. It's a good hotel, so they should train their employees better. The swimming pool are is not nice in my opinion.

Superb staff and fantastic location. Breakfast was also really good. The bathroom felt quite outdated with lots of the fixtures loose on the walls/ coming away from the wall.

The property was very comfortable, lovely room and bathroom, came with great snacks and drinks for extra. Loved the pool and big sofa chairs, super comfy. Only a 15 minute walk for the old town which has so much to do and see. Really enjoyed our stay! Nothing

For the price this hotel is amazing. If you're looking for somewhere cheap to stay then you can't go wrong. It's a short taxi ride from the lanterns & beach. Grab taxis are so cheap! Not much breakfast choice but found a cafe about 10 mins walk away. The hotel seems to have a problem with leaking toilets. My room & my friend's room both had issues.

The room was very pleasant with lots of space and a very good-sized bed. The bathroom was again very nicely sized, with a big shower. There was quick wifi which was a bonus as we had to work whilst away. The coffee shop in the reception did great coffee and the staff were always very helpful & smiley. A leak from the bathroom tap caused the bathmat to constantly be wet. We had a item go missing, which we think was a mistake and was thought of rubbish, but the staff denied that it was missing and blamed it on us, which left a bit of a sour taste. Wouldn't recommend using the laundry service as we received clothes back that were stained, although we were refunded money.
