Incredibly nice staff, very nice room, clean and quiet even though it was in the centre of Hanoi! A little bit disappointed in the breakfast and the breakfast area was very small/crammed with people

Good position in the old quarter of hanoi, one can reach every point of interest quite fast, the hotel is comfortable and cosy. The receptionist is so kind and helpful anytime and speaks very good English.

I loved everything about this hotel ♥️ perfect location to walk around the old quarter. Beautiful rooms with the comfiest bed ive ever slept in 😊 spotlessly clean, my room was cleaned everyday and i was left fresh clean towels. Breakfast was delicious. Anna and all the staff will do anything to helo you, organising trips etc, Anna responded to all my questions weeks before my travel, arranged my pickup from the airport, nothing is too much trouble for them. I would stay here again in a heartbeat 💓 you made my trip to Vietnam a memorable one. 💕 Nothing

The staff were very friendly and helpful in organizing a tour for us. The room was nice and comfortable. Amazing location in the old quarter after showering, the bathroom and room were very humid

Staff was excellent - really wanted to ensure we had a great stay not only in Hanoi but in all of Vietnam. Great location - walking distance to train street, the pagoda on the lake, and lots of restaurants (including pho 10) and spas for massages. Soundproofing wasn't great - we could hear other room doors squeak open and bang shut as well as water running in rooms above. Also, we should have asked for 2 key cards at check-in because they weren't able to provide a 2nd when we needed it late at night.

The room was beautiful and clean and the service was excellent. We had to fly early in the morning so unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the full breakfast experience. The staff was kind enough to prepare us a take-away breakfast before we boarded. Will definitely come back next time I'm in Hanoi !
