Perfectly located in busy old quarter of Hanoi but quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and we very much enjoyed our stay. The only very minor thing was that breakfast was served in the sister hotel across the road - but it was literally across the road so it really was just a very minor inconvenience.

Amazing staff and breakfast. Everything was just amazing. They helped us to arrange our day in Hanoi as it was whilst the New Year. Thank you! No proper window in the bedroom, which was a bit of a pity but nothing dramatic considering the other pros

Staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. Hotel is great , in centre of old town 2mins from the lake. Breakfast is served in sister hotel directly across the road. Spa there was fab too

Location is perfect. Staff is incredible. Kim's hospitality is impressive and she is super helpful. The breakfast is nice. Beef Pho is wonderful and better than some restaurants on the street. Surely will be back at the next visit to Hanoi. The water temperature is a bit unstable.

We had a perfect stay. Everything was just perfect. We had some trouble at the airport with our luggage. The hotelier Jerry helped immediately and arranged everything in 5 mins explaining every step. Was such a great help. After that he booked our activities and everything went perfect. If you need anything ask for Jerry and he helps you so fast and competent. 10/10 Nothing.

The staff really made our stay. They were SO helpful, even helping us make an itinerary, and really met our every need! We booked last minute after reading some poor reviews of our previously booked hotel and are so glad we changed!

We weren’t able to go through all the troubles we had during our stay without help of the staffs from the hotel. Especially Ms. Kim, thank you so much for your full support. We had two toddlers on our trip. It makes whole a lot difference when you can depend on hotel staffs who were always there for us n so kind. Breakfast was awesome. Location is great. Accessible to old city, the lake, and restaurants. It’s quieter than any other hotels cos it’s not facing the Main Street. Highly recommended.
