Location was great Wonderful to have a lift even tho we were on the first floor. Good size room, large shower. Some people might find it inconvenient turning on a water heater switch 5 mins before a shower but it didn't bother us.

Spacious room. Good shower and facilities. Location was nice for restaurants. Lift is quite cramped if you’re at the top floor with bags but this can’t be changed.

Very good budget option in Hanoi. Good location near everything interesting. Personel is super friendly, though not all speak english. The girl working in the day speaks perfect english. You can book tours and transfer here. All in all it's a great budget option; all that matters is there :-) Breakfast pictures are no longer valid (no breakfast), but plenty of options nearby (recommended: The Banh My around the corner to the right). Small elevator, but it works. The hotel could use some tlc (especially the ventilation is not working in the bathroom, hense the moisture comments from others). Shower: give it a little time to warm up.

Great location, amazing hot shower and fast wifi. Staff is very helpful and there’s always someone there to help. They did a good job with soundproofing, so you don’t really hear the bustles even though it’s in the middle of Old Quarter. The lift and stairs are a bit scary… it’s probably not the best place for kids.

The room is clean. All the staff are very friendly and supportive whenever we asked for support. This is a great place to stay since it's within the Old Quarter. Very convenient to check out plenty of food store nearby. The moist in the room, i guess, but not really affect much

Location is great for exploring Old town and it is 2 min away from bus stop 86 from the airport. Our room was huge and it had a balcony overlooking the street but still functional. Fridge, coffee/tea and welcome bottle of water. Big TV. Spacious bathroom. There is a lift and the staff is polite. The girl at the reception speaks good English. Perhaps the towels could be better and a shade whiter.

Rooms are big and there's a lot of space for luggage etc. Toilet is well divided between wc and shower and clean. There's even a balcony! Location is very good and not so noisy like some other hotels around the old quarter. Can pay by credit card without extra charges. Really nothing
