The girl and the boy from the reception were very nice. Location was good, nice room with balcony, with a lot of space for stuff. The bus station is across the hotel and close to the night market 5 minutes walk Poor breakfast

Not so many option to eat.

Fantastic location- rain meant I wasn’t able to have the balcony room I booked, but they moved me into a large room on the top floor. The staff helped with everything including getting my phone sim sorted. Like everywhere in Vietnam they offered shopping suggestions but not in an aggressive or pushy way. I enjoyed the omelettes & fruit for breakfast. But like most places, the staff made the stay easy & relaxing in a city of madness! (Which I love BTW 🙃)

Stopped for 1 night - booked due to being too tired for the night bus we had planned and wanted a bed to watch TV in. Got to the room - we wanted to use the HDMI however it was covered by the TV brackets so couldn’t use (but we used the normal TV which was fine) Bed was alright abit hard but better than others. Breakfast was 10/10. Staff were lovely! got all our washing done nice and quickly. We hung out downstairs after we checked out waiting for night bus. Would come again if they fixed the HDMI issue with the TV couldnt plug our fire stick in the TV

The bed, towels and bathroom were very clean. The beds were comfortable, breakfast is very good (french toasts and variety of fruit). The location is great too (can walk to anywhere and the major sightseeings). The staff is very nice, quickly responds and arranged us taxis very swiftly.

The staff was good, from the front staff to the cook. Kevin was very helpful helping me book a tour to Ha Long Bay, also he too the time to help me book flights to Da Nang and Singapore and back- which he didn't have to do. He also helped me when I was not able to get enough funds to pay for tours and flights I booked at once. He even help take me to a ABM machine to withdrawl money. I appreciate all the help he gave me. The cook was good with the breakfast every morning, cooking up your omelet quickly. I like the location of the hotel, just on the outskirts.of Old Quarter, quiet, close to the main areas in Old quarter and French quarter, the lake. You can walk around to all the main sites, lots of good restaurants close by. My room was small with no windows. Bathroom was good, lots of hot water.
