The room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The staff was also nice and we were able to book a limousine to our next stop via them.
The breakfast was also quite good

Comfortable and private bed spaces, exceptional travel agency who helped me book 4 trips (day and overnight) and great location, good mix for breakfast but could go on later
Possibly have windows in the balcony doors in bedrooms to let more light in, more communal space needed for solo travellers to mix

Great location, almost every interesting place within walking distance, quiet at night
I prefer haing bathroom outside the room, some people might not like walking up 5 floors but for me it wasnt a problem

Lovely Hostel - very clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. We booked onto the Ha Long Bay Cruise through them for a good price and enjoyed it. The hostel is very central and the breakfast included is good. Added bonus of a laundry service too which came back so quickly!
Lots of stairs to climb! However the staff are very kind and carry your big bags up to your room for you!

Very nice and clean room with big bathroom. Friendly staff.
We booked for 2 nights but arrived very early morning after the first night (due to night train), and the staff was there to check us in.
Breakfast included with several options served.
Good location in a side street, so not too much traffic noise. Close to the cathedral and many restaurants.
Our room was on the second floor.
There was no window but that was not a problem for a short stay.
The only main problem was the noise until late in the evening from the other talking guests climbing up the stairs to above floors, and the metallic door being open to let them come into the hotel and making a very loud noise.
I would recommend asking for a room on an upper floor.

Really nice and friendly hostel. They helped us organize trip to Halong bay, Ninh Binh, Sapa, Hagiang with a good price. Breakfast delicious too.

We stayed just for 5 hrs at this place so we took the Dorm. The facility is clean and the staff is very helpful. They let us keep our bags there for a day while we went to Halong Bay. They even booked a Taxi for us to the airport at a very reasonable rate. The taxi ride was super. Breakfast served was good.
The Dorm Bathroom wasn't very clean. Dorm is located on higher floor and they dont have lift so be prepared to climb up. The bell boy helps with the luggage so that is very helpful. Thank You
