I really like the location near the cathedral and the spacious rooms. 24 hour reception. Staff were helpful in organising taxis etc. Be careful about closing the balcony door. I got locked out there late at night and had to shout on the street for help, but I saw the funny side of it and luckily the staff rescued me quite quickly.

Superb situation situated within the bells of St Joseph's Cathedral. Many attractions within walking distance and plentiful supply of eating places and cafes and close to Hoan Kiem Lake Park. Large room with comfortable bed and double sliding glass doors leading onto balcony and pleasant views of street and St Joseph. Bathroom also good with floor drying quickly after shower. Some mainteance issues needed attention

Location was perfect, staff were super friendly and sweet. TV was broken, staff did try and fix it but were unable.

The location was very central, behind the church. The staff was very friendly and spoke good english. Staff arranged for us taxi. No sound proofing. You could hear all the noise from the bars and cafees outside. If you are a light sleeper this is not the hotel for you. The room needed a fresh paint. The walls were dirty. No water or coffee provided. If I recall well they did have a kettle so we purchased our own coffee. Laundry service was very fast and not too expensive but the quality of the wash was very low. Our clothes were not smelling fresh and still looked unclean although they were ironed.

Great location, perfect and flexible service. Staff are friendly and very helpful. We arrived early at 11:59AM (instead of 2PM), but they happily re-arrange a room for us without extra charge. They responded to all of our requirements quickly and professionally. Third party services (like taxis) are also great.

Great location on a cool street in the hip old quarter. Room perfect, great value. Staff were extremely helpful especially when we needed help with getting a last minute taxi at 5.30am
