Excellent location in old Hanoi. Easy walk to lake and many restaurants shops etc. Staff were OUTSTANDING. KATE especially was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. Lovely balcony with street view and breakfast included was good variety but go early for best choices. Fantastic and super friendly service, made us feel like good friends gave us a warm welcome and read our lips for anything we could wish for. The room itself was very spacious, very clean and nicely quiet while being located in the middle of old town with lots of great coffee shops and restaurants around. As we had to adjust to the time zone it would have been great if the breakfast would last a bit longer than 9:30. But really that is just a suggestion, not a complaint.

Very very friendly and helpful staff and atmosphere. Thank you so much to you all, especially to Anh and Kate for all this fun and tips and nformations. The hotel is in the heart of the old town. There you have short walks to all the shopping possibilities and restaurants. The bed was great. The hotel is in a small street, you cannot hear any traffic. We will come back.

Excellent location: Very conveniently located in the Old Quarter. There is plenty of good restaurants nearby. Friendly and helpful staff: Enthusiastic and English-speaking. They served a welcome tea and provided useful information for navigating the city. Money exchange rate was also available and was reliable. Comfortable room: We had a room with a balcony. Room and the toilet were clean. We didn’t notice any noise issues.

Beautiful clean room with everything you needed. Breakfast was good with lots of choice, pancakes, bacon and eggs, cereals, Vietnamese food. Staff were super friendly and went out of their way to make sure you have a good stay Only very small criticism is that they charge you for the small bottles of water in tge room, think this should be complimentary

Kate, Annie and the rest of the team were very welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful with every I needed. From organising my tours and arranging transports to giving advice on where to go and what to do. They made my stay in Hanoi a most memorable one. They even made breakfast for me to take with when I had to catch a very early flight in the morning. The rooms are clean and the food is great. This is the second time I stayed at this hotel and I will definitely stay here again when next in Hanoi. Nothing

The staff is friendly & helpful. The breakfast is great and the variety is fair enough for me. I can watch sunrise every morning from my room. The hotel is located at a quiet street next to the busy old quarter.
