Hotel had a perfect view to the mountains. Everything was clean. Hotel was nicely decorated for the holidays. Location very good, close to Sapa town, catcat village and beautiful viewpoints. Breakfast has good variety. Staff is very friendly and I especially want to thank Sarah for being so kind and helpful during our stay. We were feeling a little hot in our room and she arranged extra airconditioning for us. Also helped us get transportation back to Hanoi. 100% recommend this hotel. Hotel had set the airconditioning on certain degree (only warm air came out) during winter time, it would have been preferable to choose our own temperature for the room. That’s why we felt hot in the room, BUT I’m so glad Sarah helped us get extra airconditioning!

Great balcony view from the room, overseeing the clouds and mountains! Spacious room, bed is comfortable. Love the breakfast lounge at level 2, where you could site at the side with windows open for chill air with mountain views. Great selection for buffet breakfast. Loud music from the garden cafe opposite, they started quite early entire day till night. I wished they could be more considerate to lower down the volume

I love the fact that my balcony faced the breathtaking mountain view, the room was spacious, the executive lounge was well decorated and staff were friendly and helpful. Location wise, it was very accessible to the centre by local taxi or by 15 mins walk. Buffet breakfast should have the vege options for muslims and vegetarians. Or else, hotel should offer in-room dining as an alternative. Toilet was badly clogged and that caused an unpleasant toilet experience. Beware of the local taxis that wait in front of the lobby and the level 15 as they tend to scam tourists by charging way more than the normal charges, please negotiate with the drivers first before the ride.
