We have good time at Hoteldesapa. Hotel staffs was lovely, friendly and Special Mrs. Son booked package tours as : Sapa - Nam Cang village 3 days 2 nights was great value. We like this hotel so much.

The hotel was very clean, our room was spacious. The swimming pool was fantastic. Any issues were dealt with straight away The information book was merely a price list of what would be charged if anything was damaged. Still unsure of what the "white thing" was

Excellent hotel in great location. Amazing view, extra helpful staff that helped us book tickets to Hanoi and suggest some trips whilst in Sapa. Don’t choose for the pool feature as it’s got weird opening hours (from 1pm), quite dark and is extremely warm - my son could last there more that 3 mins being so hot!

The hotel was in a good location and was very reasonably priced. The staff were always helpful and friendly. When we left important documents in the safe the staff arranged for them to be returned to us in our following hotel. We really enjoyed the steam room and the sauna too. It was a bit noisy in the rooms near the lifts.

An overall great place to stay for relatively low price considering hotel services. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Free access to steam room. Free breakfast with variety of food options. Hotel assistants and arranges transportation options and tours. Great view from the restaurant balcony when the weather is nice. 10th floor WiFi service was not working or had a poor signal.

Great hotel. Room nicely decorated, good shower, very comfortable and clean. Sauna, steam and spa pool wonderful after a chilly trek. Breakfast buffet good range of food and tasty. -

We loved the swimming pool. It was so warm! Was also empty when we used it. We were upgraded to a higher room too which was nice of the staff. The doors to the room had some padding around the bottom of them which meant they didn’t close right, which set off an alarm noise to notify the door was open. We struggled with ours , and the rooms next door ended up waking us up in the night when the same happened to them.

Fantastic large room with amazing views of the mountains. We got a free room upgrade and early check in which was so nice! Staff were helpful and the location is great Pool was a bit disappointing but nice to have the option Breakfast was okay but could have had more western selection

Thanks for the room upgraded and early check in. We really appreciated. The room was very spacious and nice! We love the bathroom as well ! We love the heated pool the most !!! The breakfast was good and the dining area very beautiful with a good view at the outside. We came during winter season.. The room still feel really cold eventho we already closed all the windows. Not sure where the air come from 😂 so we sleep with sock and jumper haha.

Very nice room, amazing breakfast. I would recommend the tour they offer, with the Hmong woman exploring the villages and rice fields.
