The stay was great. Personnel were friendly and helpful. Comfortable room and the hotel is located in the city centre of Sapa. A short walk to all the tourist attractions. Highly recommended. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Amazing location, lots of shops within walking distance around the area, great mountain view and room was sufficiently large! Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Water pressure in the shower was not very good. Feature wall which separated the bed and couch was extremely dusty and not cleaned. Location of the air conditioning unit in the room was odd, blowing towards a random wall instead of bed. TV screen was too small, hard to see from the bed.

Nice hotel with excellent staff. Good breakfast in the luxurious restaurant. We're lucky to stay in the beautiful day and we can admire clearly the cloud flying throughly the mountain. Staff also helpful. Thank you so much and see you'all in the next trip.

Complimentary tea was a pleasant surprise. Excellent location. Room was big Air conditioning remote was a bit faulty. Took multiple tries to adjust temperature.

the room was spacious, very clean, we could see the mountain view clearly. the buffet breakfast had a wide range of cuisine. The hotel is located at the outer part of SaPa city, if you're traveling with elders or people with difficulty to walk, it might be difficult because most of the attractions are at the center of SaPa. if you are traveling with youngsters, then its gives you reasons to walk and enjoy window shopping :), please make sure to check your room every time the hotel make-up your room, because they forget to give us new hand towels on our second day, we didnt say anything because we don't use hand towels, then when we checking out, they blamed us for losing it, they didnt charged us for it, but it gaves us a bad taste when leaving SaPa :(.

I liked the location. The views out of the restaurant was stunning and it was pretty close to the center. The facilities warrant the hotel the 4 Star Rating it has received. The staff were really friendly too and spoke good English I didn’t like the rooms facing the street, as they tended to get a bit louder in the morning with all the traffic. But you get what you pay for

When one of us was sick the staff did everything to help and bring tea, food etc to our room. We had a balcony room with an amazing view (when the view is clear). The shower drain was clogged.

The room size and cleaniness of the hotel. Staffs were great too! Breakfast buffet. Not much option to cater to muslim traveller like me. It would be helpful to indicate on every dish on what type of meat (eg. Pork or beef) is used if there is bacon or any meat dish.

The hotel offered a comfortable base for exploring the city. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed provided a restful night's sleep. While booking a month in advance, we confirmed with the hotel about on-site parking availability for our car trip. However, upon arrival on New Year's Eve, the designated parking area was full. The hotel staff arranged for a guided parking location through an external individual (potentially a local parking attendant, not a hotel employee). This location was some distance away, requiring a motorbike ride with the attendant to reach and return to the hotel. The narrow street presented inconvenience for car maneuvers, necessitating long walks to and from the vehicle. Despite being directed to the alternative parking, we were initially charged a fee without receiving a ticket or proper documentation. After raising our concerns to the hotel staff and clarifying the lack of a ticket issued at the parking location, the charge was eventually reimbursed. While the hotel staff eventually addressed the parking situation and parking fee discrepancy, clearer communication and alternative arrangements during peak periods could improve guest experience and avoid miscommunication.

Staffs are very friendly and always ready to assist. Our room is very comfortable and very clean. I highly recommend this place
