Good location but also quiet as it is off the Main Street. Nice hot shower (although need to wait a little bit before the second person showers so that the water can heat again). Nice breakfast. The staff were really helpful and friendly. We paid extra to update to a room with heating because it was very cold when we were in Sapa. The heating in the upgraded room worked really well. One of the pillows on the was quite mouldy but I expect this is the case in many places in Sapa because it is always very damp in the area.

The homestay was in a great location, the bed was very comfortable and the staff were lovely. They helped me organise a trek at a good price. The included breakfast was good. Very good value for money!

It was relatively clean place, great location, lots of good places within walking distance to shop and eat. It was a cozy multi-story apartment with the owner and her lovely family living there too. My room was on the 3rd floor with a nice view though it was quite foggy most of the time. Provided a good breakfast in the morning and the owner lady was very welcoming and helpful with calling cab and she can communicate in English very well too. We had a great stay. The room can get quite cold, especially in the early morning and night, and we were there in the winter month. Would be helpful to have a heater or a carpet on the floor to more cushiony room slippers so that the feet won’t be cold on the floor.

Outside of the hotel is full of hanging lantern which is beautiful at night. Great location at the busiest place in Sapa Staff are friendly Breakfast is on the house. Probably the steep road leading down to the homestay.
