Very stylish rooms with amazingly comfy bed. Location was good, with a short 5 min stroll to lots of restaurants and bars. Staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough to help us. Rooms with ‘garden views’ is a slightly misleading description. The garden is basically a cliff face that’s almost always in shade. If you’re after mountain views (and sun) make sure you grab a room above the 2nd floor on the front of the building. Breakfast was solid but unspectacular (compared to many other hotels in Vietnam we’ve tried).

The hotel is right in front of Moana Sa Pa picture point. However, due to the fog/haze, we couldn’t see the view for the 4 days we stayed there. Nearby to good restaurants around. Not too far from the main town square. Electric sharing tuk tuks and taxis can be arranged by the hotel staff, with no commissions.

The location of the hotel is well situated to the city center and the hiking route. The hotel front desk staff team is extremely helpful and friendly. While the hotel only serves breakfast, the staff offered to order food from nearby restaurant and get them delivered to the hotel for us. Laundry service is reasonably priced and quick. The hotel service is top notch! None

nice cozy place, not in the busy street but the views are great if u wan to walk to town, approximately 1 km and if you want happening places at night, this is not the place for u to stay

Very clean room, the hotel staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast includes various dishes (Vietnamese and occidental), the pho was really good ! The day we left the hotel, we did a trekking and were all muddy, the hotel offered us to take a shower and clean ourselves before leaving Sa Pa (even though we did the checkout)

We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Sapa! All the staff (including from Hanoi where we were picked up for the transfer) went above and beyond to be so welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. Thanks for having us!

Lovely hotel with good views. The bed was super comfortable! We slept so well! It’s a little out of town which we liked, you aren’t bothered by people trying to sell things as soon as you step outside, and it’s an easy stroll up to town with plenty of taxis available too. The staff are all very polite and attentive, Mi was especially helpful and kind. We booked onward buses through the hotel for at a reasonable price and the hotel thoughtfully gave us water and snacks for the journey, free of charge! The breakfast buffet and a la carte was exceptionally good! A great variety and all delicious. Reasonable rate for moped hire too. An excellent hotel with excellent service!

Undoubtedly the best stay I had through the 2 weeks I had in north Vietnam. Room was large, clean, and had a spectacular view of the mountains. Staff are so kind, friendly and helpful - big thank you to Mi who was always ready to help. Booking the villages trek, transport, etc was fuss-free and easy. When I left the staff also prepared some snacks and drinks for the bus ride. Sapa is touristy but this hotel made my experience so much better. Will definitely stay here if I come back to Sapa again. Coffee at breakfast was not strong enough. A bit of odd UX that they put the utensils on the bottom shelf and guests had to reach down for them.
