The staff were fantastic and even upgraded our rooms free of charge, and worked very hard even during the lunar new year and all the chaos. The fridge and TV in my room both didn't work, but it wasn't too much of an inconvenience.

We had an amazing time at Madelise Central mostly due to the help and support provided by Jackie who is the manager there. The rooms were decent, with great décor. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. The only disappointing thing was that there was some construction going on besides the hotel and was inconvenient at times. Other than that, I can’t fault the place and will definitely go back.

Great location, on a quieter street would 100% stay again, room size was great, clean as per pictures Minor thing unable to give late check out which was completely fine but then the staff said we weren’t able to leave our bags at reception as they had too many. There was heaps of room at reception for two extra bags, I wasn’t happy with that response and then they allowed me to leave bags for 4 hours.

the location of the hotel is absolutely perfect! The service was wonderful ! Especially Jo was so cute, at the day of my arrival I asked her about some vegan restaurants and she looked up more than 5 restaurants and recommended me some non touristic places too. Whenever I had a question, I just texted her and she would help me ! So all in all, I would absolutely stay there again ! Due to construction work it was a bit noisy at the day, but in the night it was mostly still.

It is our 2nd time here in Madelisse Central Hotel. It is nestled in the bustling streets of the Old Quarter. We were enchanted and swept away by its charm the first time we were here thus we made it sure to stay here again. The hotel's central location offered us easy access to Hanoi's must see attractions. The room where we stayed in was immaculately clean ensuring a restful retreat after a whole day of exploring Hanoi, Ninh Binh and Halong Bay. However, what also made us come back are the staff who were exceptional in their service all throughout. They are very friendly especially Sir Jackie and Miss Lily. They anticipated our every need with enthusiasm and effortless grace ensuring our comfort and satisfaction. Sir Jackie even gave us Vietnamese coffee to bring home to the Philippines. High value compare the price. I got drunk and omitting the room messy , but the cleaner handle it without complain a word. Perfect Don’t reserve room for extension
