I had a suite with large windows, it was cleaned every day with clean towels and water all the staff were excellent, very good location with good breakfast included good water pressure and plenty of hot water, and at very reasonable price, they offered tours but were not pushy The only downside is the sockets for the the kettle are hidden?

Convenient location, lovely breakfast! Staff was very helpful, everything went smooth. Our two single bed room was a bit too tight, but it's rather to be expected ;)

Located in old quarters at walkable distance from Opera House, night market, Water Puppets Show Theatre and offcourse a beautiful Lake. Breakfast is suitable for vegetarians. Staff is very friendly and helpful specially Ms Phuong and Ms Lee. Room size is small.

The staff was very helpful and kind,giving information and smiley. Clean and always providing new towels ,and fresh water It was close to everything It is pretty noisy because of the location ,you can here the traffic and the horns of Hanoi from the rooms It was the cold days when we were there and the heat didn't work ,but they had provide us with big covers so we tried to keep warm

Lovely little gem of a Hotel .Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.Bed was super comfy.A good choice for breakfast .Shower was red hot., all toiletries . Clean towels every day. Hairdryer ,And the location was perfect for our needs .Definitely recommend this hotel . N/A

Great location! I choose it because I want to stay by the lake with a cheap option. This hotel exceeded my expectactions, really good for the money. Breakfast was a little uncomfortable, but only a minor point considering the price. Indeed, is a good option.

Very good location, friendly staff that spoke English very well and very comfortable and clean room. Only thing that would’ve made it better was if it was quiet, advertised sound proofing but our room faced the street and seemed to be split in the windows facing the street so was a little noisy. Hard to complain about this place, it was pretty good value for money considering the location and the friendliness of the staff 🥰

Comfortable and clean room. The staff was really friendly. We arrived very early in the morning, so they kept our luggage as we wondered through the city. Good choice for a short stay The room didn't have a window that could open to get some fresh air in the room

My bedroom was clean and comfortable, and quite large. Bathroom was modern and well maintained. All of the lights and electrical outlets were safe and worked. The location is good, central, and surrounded by coffee shops, cafes, and restaurants, and on the edge of the old quarter of HaNoi. Breakfast was provided and was very good, with fresh fruit, coffee, tea, and bacon and eggs cooked to order if you wish. This is a good little hotel and good value for money. One thing that I really did like is that they have a reception desk open at all times, and there is always someone available to help you if necessary
