The lady and gentleman that work at the front desk are exceptional. So incredibly kind and considerate but not overbearing. The room is located well, very clean, a good size and well apointed for a lovely stay. The air conditioner worked well but I loved that I also had a window i could open. Breakfast was also great. The massages they offer on the ground floor are also verry good. I was in vietnam for almost 2 months and this was my favourite hotel. Nothng that i can thnk of

Lovely hosts, great massage and hot bath downstairs, large room and comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast. If you have a room with street view, you might hear the traffic in the morning. One night the hot water did not work in my room.

Lovely comfortable beds, they allowed us to check in after a night bus at 2am. Freshly cooked breakfast included. The staff are all super friendly. Facilities are great. It is slightly out of main Sapa tourist area but very close to the bus station which was great for us - but otherwise it is brilliant.

The hotel was quite generous offering us individual breakfast menu and specially cooked vegetarian menu. Location is quite strategic in town so we could walk down to the center area where there is Sun plaza.

The owners of the hotel were really friendly and helped us a lot. They helped us buy the tickets to Fansipan and to go trekking to some villages. They even gave us discounts on foot massages. We recommend! Thank you

Very comfortable beds, we had an excellent rest in this hotel. The owner was very kind and helped us to arrange the bus tickets to go back to Hanoi. We also have a very nice massage in this place.

The staff was really accommodating, allowing for early check in and allowing us to use the bathroom for free even after check-out hours! We had to use it before catching our overnight bus back to Hanoi. It's located really close to the bus I took (SaoViet), saved me the trouble to call a taxi and risk getting scammed. There is also massage services at the hotel, allowing good rest after a big day of walking. The hotel was apparently repainted and looks very clean. It is slightly further from the city centre, but I wouldn't call it a disadvantage given the affordable hotel fee. It's only 7 minutes walk away, probably nitpicking here.
