An amazing little hotel in the centre of Hanoi’s old quarter. Such incredibly kind and friendly staff and the room was very spacious and comfortable, good selection for breakfast too. There is a rooftop bar and we were in the city for Lunar New Year so had amazing view of the fireworks - there is an extra fee for that but all the bars were charging extra anyway that evening. And we were gifted lucky envelopes as good fortune for Tet new year when we checked out. This was such a sweet gesture!! Would definitely stay here again when we visit Hanoi again :) N/A

The staff members were wonderful. Be aware that the smallest room has only a tiny window, so we recommend going for the superiors room, which are totally worth it ! The breakfast was really good, with western and Vietnamese options. The helped up organized a last minute day trip to Ninh Binh, which we enjoyed a lot ! The hotel is ideally located in the city center !!

Breakfast is excellent! Probably they cook in small batches thus they are able to provide and maintain good quality. No gym for my daily workout.
