Very nice hotel, middle of the Old Quarter in Hanoi and very close to all highlights, bars and restaurants. Room comfortable, clean but a bit small. A true city hotel. Staff were friendly but not all on the level you would expect of a 4 star hotel. Front desk staff very helpful & willing to arrange tours for you. On the other hand, breakfast staff looked bored & tired with no enthusiasm and energy to serve their customers. Overall experience quite good. Restaurant staff lazy, bored & unhelpful. Complete difference compared with front desk.

Staff were excellent. Location excellent. Room plenty big enough for the 2 of us and facilities very good (bigger than other rooms we’ve experienced in Vietnam so far…). Wide choice at breakfast. Wife also used the Spa which she said was very good.

We did not try the breakfast as we had too much local foods to try. Location was amazing, right in the heart of the old quarter. We were in walking distance to everything. Laundry service was really professional and fast. Room size was also fantastic! There were some finishings in our room that were left unfinished. Example - Open wires and unpainted areas. There was construction next to our room that went on for 1/2 days that was a little disturbing but luckily we were out most of our stay. Additionally, guests should be allowed to have 2 keys to a room upon request. This just allows for convenience between guests. Hallways need a bit of work to match the decor of the reception but the hotel was a great stay nonetheless.

Every staff is so friendly, hotel is in the center so it's easy to grab a meals. Room is clean, bit small but comfy. Wifi is bit up and down while I stay.
