Spacious, comfortable and well equipped room. Beautifully clean. With fridge & coffee making facilities including cups & sachets of coffee /tea Great roof top infinity pool to relax at the end of the day . Located in the French Quarter which meant it was about 15-20 mins walk from many of the tourist sights in the Old Quarter. However, the benefit of being in the French Quarter meant the surrounding streets were wide, French style boulevards with good pedestrian footpaths rather than the cramped and hectic streets of the old quarter. The laundry service was very expensive compared to the other hotels we stayed in

The hotel facilities and location worked very well for our visit to Hanoi. The staff were fantastic and could not have been more helpful.

Great pool and whirlpool. They allowed early checkin. Good coffee machine in the room. Fragile decorations- not so handy in a family room

The swimming pool is amazing, we enjoyed it a lot. The stuff was very nice to us. Room spatious and clean. Good breakfast, many options. We enjoyed our stay there. The hot tub was two times too hot to be in. We ate once in the hotel restaurant and the food my boyfriend ordered wasnt good (rice and beef)-it was disappointing so we don't recommend the restaurant.

A good hotel, in a good location, within walking distance of the Old Quarter and lake etc. Good breakfast and friendly staff. I think this location is slightly better than the Old Quarter for hotels as it is quieter. Please bear in mind central Hanoi is not very quite wherever you stay. However, if you don't like walking (the traffic is legendary) to the Old Quarter etc a cab will be cheap. we would stay again.

I liked that I asked for an extra bed/mattress at check in and they provided it.

I have already reviewed this hotel! It was comfortable & in an excellent location. Bed was very comfortable, WIFI good. I asked for a walk-in shower & got one. You must ask as mostly baths I believe. No face flannels provided in bathroom. Breakfast was ok without being marvellous.

The room was spacious with an enormous bed. It was great to be able to open the window without too much noise. The pool had a great view but was very cold in Dec! The wifi was very intermittent.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is an older style with a lot of marble and traditional furnishings. The rooms, which were superior rooms, weren't huge but totally adequate with a window overlooking the street; my daughter's room had an even larger window. The beds were extremely comfortable also the pillows. Both rooms had walk-in showers in the bathrooms and mine had a bath in addition. You do need to state when making the booking if a walk-in shower is required. Every requirement was provided in the bathroom except face flannels. The breakfast was adequate but not I think worth the extra cost of £14 if not included. The dining room was a good size and comfortable. We had a drink in the bar before going out to our event but the staff seemed uncertain of their role - maybe its not used much. The weather was bad so we didn't use the pool. the sound-proofing was excellent, we never heard a thing. Only the provision of face flannels in the bathroom. Experienced staff serving on the bar.

The property is located in quiet surroundings but you‘ll reach all the attractions including the old quarter within few minutes by taxi. The pool on the rooftop has been amazing and never crowded
