Jenny and all of the other staff were so lovely- nicest hotel team we’ve ever met! They couldn’t do enough for us and even helped us get another Ha Giang Loop tour booked when ours cancelled with an hours notice. Comfortable rooms, great breakfast and quiet location. Would go back again!

It is a very nice hotel, in the Hanoi centre itself. Everywhere is close - shopping, restaurants. Delight Staff, very helpful and open to any help. We could leave the luggage in the hotel for a few days, there was no problem. The rooms are clean and spacious. Delicious breakfasts. I highly recommend this hotel to all travellers.

The Little Hanoi hotel was exactly what we wanted, it was in a great location walking distance to the busy centre of old town, the B52 victory museum, the military museum, train street and much more, this property is adequate for a traveler’s that wants to see and experience a city, have somewhere comfortable, dry and safe to sleep with a good breakfast, breakfast is eggs how you like them, toast, tea, coffee water and fruit, if you are a traveler that wants 5 star luxury maybe not, but for everyone else I recommend The Little Hanoi Hotel. The staff are great, the office is manned 24/7 Jenny the day receptionist is exceptional, she organise trips for us, sorted a problems with a trip that had nothing to do with her that had been booked in Australia, organised transport for us, she is a warm welcoming host that nothing is to much trouble for. Jenny is an asset to the business and if I had to give her a rating I would give her 12 out of 10👍👍👍👍👍👍 Hot water ran out quickly

Very helpfull staff en excellent location: across the lake but still in a quiet alley. Clean rooms, good breakfast, a lot of oppurtunities for tours (if you want). For me it had a little bit the backpack feeling (but is still a hotel). There is really not a lot to dislike. the wifi was the only thing which was somewhat unstable. At the end of my stay they were fixing that 'problem'z.

The receptionist are really nice, Jenny helped us to book our tour to Hà Giang and Halong Bay, she also helped us to book the train to Da Nang. We really enjoyed everything! The breakfast is so good, you have omelette, soup or just eggs, of course you can choose coffee, tea or juice. I think it has the best location ever, the price is really convenient. There was a really cold day and we wanted to have a hot shower but the water was kind of warm/cold but we guess the city wasn’t prepared for that weather. The bed is kind of hard but the rest all good!

The staff's so friendly and the location is great. We can walk to the Hoan Kiem easily. It also near the the street food that I usually ẹnou loke Cau go street. Many foods that you can enjoy. The aircon is old, that need to replace the new one.
