The contact with Chou, our host, was more than perfect. Everything we could wish for. We could leave our luggage on our way to the north and she arranged for it to bring the luggage to the airport. So sweet! Room was perfect in a quiet area close enough to the sights. Everything was clean and the shower was nice. Thank you so much Chou!

A very cosy accommodation near the old town of Hanoi! The lady who manages it was very sweet and helpful with all kind of advices. She even helped with the laundry. I definitely recommend it!

Chau sent the necessary information for the self-check in advance. We could even get the room earlier because one of us was feeling sick. Very beautiful and big apartment just like in the pictures. There was a big fridge with freezer.

Oh my god, where shall I start. This place is absolutely amazing and if you ever find your way to Hanoi, stay at Lubi House. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Street nearby can get a little loud if you want to get to bed early, but that‘s Hanoi. It‘s loud and full of people everywhere. If you go to bed late it‘s no issue. Everything is clean, shower is hot, we loved it. A special thanks to our host. She went above and beyond to help us with everything! I would this place again just because of her. Nothing. It‘s perfect. Location is perfect, the place is perfect …
