Winsuites Saigon Hotel

Location was great and the staff very helpful and friendly - breakfast was great ! The gym was not like the pictures -seemed like a different room in the pictures and the current gym was a very tight fit

The location was perfect. All the staffs are kind and willing to help us:) I think there is not much variety in food for breakfast.

we chose this property because it was in a good location and clean, we wanted a 4 star hotel after staying in various lesser accommodation everything was mostly all right, the staff was very helpful and nice - the listing on booking can and should be improved- we were left with the impression that our rooms would have certain facilities, but in reality they crammed us into the smallest rooms they could find (not matching the photos for the room - which supposedly was a "deluxe" room, but i was genuinely scared i will bump the tv while trying to go to the bathroom) - they gave us complimentary mini bar but in reality it was just 2 waters and 2 beers - the bathroom was good but the water in the shower didn't really get as warm as we would have liked - also genuinely believed we would have a bathtub (which we didn't) - they asked us to pay the rooms at the time of check in, which is unusual - the breakfast buffet is nothing to wrote home about, in fact some of us completely skipped it on the second night of our stay - my biggest complaint is in fact a pet peeve - they gave us only 1 keycard for the room (which was also needed for power) so we couldn't do things separately. on top of that, apparently losing the keycard would cost 10 dollars, this made me laugh for a 4 star hotel

Decent location rooms were clean enough and spacious enough and reason for the Price staff were relatively accommodating, even though I lost my room key A little bit of an older Room not too bad you get what you pay for. Not a terribly disgusting hotel like some of the other hotels in the area so I think it’s right on the Price point.

The location was central & very convenient to get around central Ho Chi Minh City All good - keep it up!

- Excellent location!! Walking distance to Ben Thanh Market and even spas nearby - Walking distance to many sightseeing must-sees. We particularly love the War Remnants Museum & Central Post Station - Perfect for Muslim travellers as it is walking distance to many halal eateries at "Malaysian Street" - Park Suite is even prettier than pictures! Spacious and speckless! Very very clean. The tub is a major plus! Love that there is a bidet available too. - Comfy bed to my liking. Neither too hard nor too soft for a good sleep! - Friendly and accommondating staff who greet us with a smile every single time! Very lovely! Kudos to all the staff :) Road noise can be a factor for those who are sensitive to noise. Our room was at level 7, so it was not bad at all. - The road right in front of the hotel is extremely busy, which makes it harder for drop-offs if you take a taxi/Grab

Great location right next to Benh Thanh Market. Friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was great. Only downfall would be the foul smell in the twin room we originally booked. The hotel was amazing and very central between all the hotspots in District 1. Everyone of the staff is really kind and helpful. They always made sure that our stay is perfect and comfortable. The breakfast has a lot of options. I felt like you're at a restaurant. Everything is very clean and the rooms are very standard. 10/10 I would definitely recommend this hotel

This hotel is located in an ideal location. The staff is super helpful. They did not let us worry about anything at all. The breakfast is really nice with a lot of options. The room is also very nice. We really enjoyed our stay here
