Wonderful staff! Great breakfast. Free afternoon tea. Good rooftop bar. Great views. A nice square with green areas. The unfinished building just across the square.

Hotel is in a great location, across the road from Ben Thanh Market. Plenty of restaurants and massage nearby. Short walk to some attractions. Interesting hotel design. Staff were great. View from rooftop is fantastic at night. Found the room we had a bit small. Afternoon tea is nice but nothing amazing with small offerings of some pastries, fruit tea and coffee. Nothing you couldn’t find outside in a nice cafe watching the activity of Ho Chi Minh.

Staff were very friendly and helpful especially Jennifer!! We got upgraded because we had to do early check in since we travel from Da Nang and we requested for late check out since our flight was later that evening with no issues. Hotel is next to the famous market, shops and massage places very handy. I found the location very good since we got the hop in hop off bus around the corner and did the tour of the city. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here twice. Once on arrival for 8 days of sightseeing then for a couple of days before going home. Staff very polite and friendly, Jennifer (Operations Manager) went out of her way to make me feel welcome and would regularly stop for a chat. Apologies to other members of staff I talked with but I'm not good with names! The breakfast and afternoon tea food was fresh and light with dishes that would vary from day to day. The room itself was large, light, airy. And a properly connected internet TV! Room service was prompt whether for food or laundry. Central location, easy to walk to Independence Palace, Central Post Office etc, shopping area or the riverside. Next time I'm in Ho Chi Minh I will definitely stay here again.
