Our family had a fantastic experience during our week-long stay at Alisa Hotel. The location, situated on a charming street near Hoan Kiem Lake, was perfect for exploring Hanoi. Additionally, the hotel was impressively clean, creating a comfortable environment for our entire family, including my elderly parents.
There was nothing negative to report about our stay at Alisa Hotel. The experience was overwhelmingly positive, and we thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our time there.

Strategic location. You can go anywhere just by walking. The place is quite small, but it's very comfortable and beautiful!

The decor was smart and the bathroom was lovely. It was nice to have a little balcony. The staff were absolutely brilliant, we had a couple of issues on our trip and they went above and beyond to help us sort things out.
I found the beds too firm but my partner and son didn’t.

Small hotel in the middle of the Old Quarter, close to the lake and everything else. We didn't know what to expect because there was a neon sign and the entry was small, but the rooms were great. There were two big queen beds (we are a family of 4) that were super comfortable, and a large bathroom, and there was AC. It's not luxury, but it's more than adequate and we could have easily stayed here longer to explore Hanoi, but only had 1 night, sadly.
The staff also had the best English of all the places we'd been, so they were super helpful.
No complaints, lovely place to stay.

It’s a cute, small hotel that is really cheap in price. Staff were really helpful and assisted in arranging transfers for us. They even arranged to have our laundry done within a few hours when we arrived in the early evening!
Needs to do a thorough deep clean. There were stains on the outside of toilet bowl and hair in the shower drain that wasn’t ours. Not soundproof as you can hear other guests in their rooms when you’re in the hallway.

Fantastic little hotel. Staff were so welcome and friendly and so so soooo helpful ! Very very highly recommend
I didn’t mind at all but it’s important to note that there is no bar or breakfast facilities - but you want to go out and enjoy the fab city so it isn’t an issue
