A nice hotel very central. Staff were helpful. Nice to have a restaurant in the hotel Room was comfortable but a little small.

Right next to Ben Thanh market. Delicious bánh canh restaurant right in front of the hotel. Hotel is clean, strong water, staff was nice. Breakfast was delicious but the room was a bit small. Nothing.

We really like the location which was closed to many main attractions, good restaurant and shopping centres. The room was spacious and clean just that there was always a smell from the toilet sewage, The shower was great and the handle was good to help us get into the bathtub safely. We appreciate that the breakfast menu changed everyday when we were there. The staff especially the bell boy were helpful. I told the staff it was my daughter's birthday but no any response. I guess I could not expect a 3 star hotel to do anything special. The smell from the toilet sewage was quite disturbing if not I would say our stay was satisfactory.

fairly central location; friendly, helpful and professional staff; room quiet, large and clean; air conditioner was easy to adjust and worked well; breakfast could be more elaborated in terms of good choices Being in a tropical zone and being surrounded by fruit markets, I would at least expect a real fruit juices for breakfast instead of FANTA. Also, choices of fruits rather limited; same is true for bread; the Pho soup was inadequate. International news TV channels selection limited.

We were very pleased with our stay at Bon Ami Hotel. Location was great - everything at your doorstep!. Room was neat and clean and staff at the front desk were very helpful and obliging. A little more of a variety for breakfast.

The location is superb. It is located within the walking distance of the city museums, attractions, restaurants and shopping malls. The breakfast of this hotel is excellent with a wide varieties of choices available. The reception staff was helpful all along and arranged for a late checkout for us as well. The size of the room is okay. The window of the room is not double glazed. So the street noise comes out. At times, the window also shakes making noises. I think it is also not well insulated so the room becomes warm easily after the aircon is turned off. There was no glass in the room for drinking water.

The location was excellent, at the heart of District 1 Every popular place within the city was at a walkable distance, even the Riverside walk Breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of food. Staff was friendly but not intrusive, very helpful and always smiling. Best thing about our stay was the city view from our balcony Nothing to mention
