The hotel is clean and centrally located. The staff is supportive and there is a bellman helping carry stuff to the room. Though the decor is a bit weird, generally the room arrangement makes it comfortable to stay. The room is larger than most of the hotels in this area. The air condition is quite noisy

Easy check in, room was lovely and clean, also very spacious, the bathroom was clean and shower pressure good. We did laundry whilst here and a tour through the hotel, both were easy to do and the staff were a great help assisting with both. Good location also. No complaints

The property looked new and renovated, and it was in a highly central location. The staff were incredibly kind and very helpful and made our stay great. However, there was construction going on, which would sometimes finish very late (around 11pm) and start quite early (7am). When we did speak to the staff, the construction stopped soon after.

Love the location as it is near Ben Than Market and Malay Street. And the room that we got.. clean and comfortable, real value for money.. Street front room so we expected it to be a bit noisy bit did not expect someone using sawing machine at 2 am the 1st night we were there!!!! Maybe there is no regulation that construction not allowed past a certain time.. but otherwise, all good!

location is near to Ben Thant market. halal food is around the hotel. hotel staff is kind. booked for me the grab, gave mineral water when asked. towel is too small. should provide bigger towel.

Room was so Spacious and comfortable Near to Ben Tanh Market and Malaysian Street - walking distance 5-10mins to go there. We arrived there early at 7am but unable to check in. However, they have toilet and space (not a room) for us to rest for awhile and pray/ change our clothes. They also have luggage storage before we check in. Then we checked in at 1pm. It is so convinience. Receptionist can speak English and very helpful. -
