Fabulous property located within the historic district. Most sights and lake within walking distance. Staff was exceptional. Loved the hospitality and friendliness of the staff. They were also responsive and communicated clearly on whatsapp before the stay for my queries. Excellent breakfast. Room was bit small but clean and comfortable bed and good bathroom. I would happily stay here on my next visit. Nothing to complain about.

The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the old quarter of Hanoi. Rooms, food, sky bar were all excellent but the stand out are the staff. All of them were so helpful and looked after our every need. Highly recommend this hotel. We had spa treatments which were so good and appreciated after a long flight.

The staff were welcoming and very accommodating with a drink and snacks provided on arrival. The decor was modern and funky and the sky bar had a good view over the city to watch the sunset.

The staff are amazing and communication is easy and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location for exploring the old quarter and only a short walk to the lake. The breakfast was fantastic and I had a massage at the spa which was excellent. The rooftop bar is also worth a visit to escape the chaos of the streets below! The room only had an internal window (which I wasn’t expecting) and although very clean and tidy, was looking a bit tired.

Everything was just perfect! The staff were all super kind and helpful. The decoration was incredible. The location can’t be better, we already have been in another hotel in the old city and this location is much better. The breaksfast had a lot of variety, and everything was super fresh and delicious. We absolutely recommend it.
