Hotel staff was always positive, friendly and helpful. The map they gave with the recommendations helped us a lot. Room was spacious although due to the hotel being in a back street of the center don’t expect much view. However, the location is great.

Location was bang on in the centre of old quarters. We had gone during Christmas and there was an air of festivity with live bands on street, St. Joseph Cathedral in walking distance and Beer Street a 5/7 minutes walk. Excellent location.

Very good selection for buffet breakfast, very warm hospitality, very strong commitment of staff to positive customer experience, 200% service recovery and the strong team work shown by the team. hotel also helped to arrange trips to Halong bay, sapa etc. even during these trips out of Hanoi, hotel staff continue to support us when we encounter challenges in Sapa. ❤️ NIL

location is great, all the attractions are walking distance, lots of restaurants, spa, cafe. All the staff are helpful and nice. They let us to have an early check in. It really appreciated because my daughter not feeling well at that time. Will be back again for sure. -

The staff at the hotel were exceptional - very friendly, attentive and helpful. The location was central and convenient to explore Hanoi. The room was very clean, spacious and pleasant, and the breakfast spreads were excellent. Highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.
